Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or any sturdy mailing container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
